Dodge Challenger Performance Features for 2019

The Dodge Challenger is all new thanks to the fine-tuning from the Dodge team. The latest trims include the SRT Hellcat that can put out 717-horsepower, and while that’s impressive, it’s even more impressive knowing that the base engine is a V6 that can put out 303-horsepower. No wonder the Challenger has ranked in the top 5 of sports cars according to US News & World Report.

There’s no shortage of acceleration and power with the latest Challenger. It’s an accomplishment to see the changes in the R/T trim as well. Even with the lowest R/T Challenger, you’ll get a V6 engine that can put out 375-horsepower. You could always upgrade to the V8 R/T Scat Pack, which puts out 492-horsepower. There are also two Hellcat editions, which both have supercharged 6.1-liter V8 engines.

Handling and braking are also superior in this latest version of the Challenger. You can test it out at Tyler Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram located in Niles, MI.
